1. The Service

Nexus Estimates provides an AI-assisted estimate and quote portal for local service businesses. Business users can set up their profile, enter job details, pricing, and terms, and generate natural-sounding customer communications such as emails and text messages. The Service also stores a running log of quotes and requests.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, transmitting malware, interfering with Service security, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent any technical limits.

4. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and designs. You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as business information, customer details, and quote data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Nexus Estimates is a subscription service. Fees are charged on a recurring basis in accordance with the plan you select. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation, subscription management, and billing support.

For payment, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to the Stripe Legal Center. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to process payments on our behalf.

6. Service Level

We strive to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create a security or fraud risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Estimates is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
